Senior most OCA Panel Umpire Kalyan Roy Choudhury was conferred with the 1st Harmohan Praharaj Memorial Award at Barabati Stadium here today. Odisha Cricket Association secretary Asirbad Behera handed over the award and citation in the presence of OCA treasurer Satya Mohanty, Joint-secretary Sanjib Dutta, vice-presidents Khitish Ch Samantaray, Dhiren Palei, Biswajit Ghosh and CEO Bidyut Kumar Natak.
The award has been instituted by OCA Umpires` Association (OUA) in the memory of former Odisha captain Harmohan Praharaj. OUA members Tareni Prasad Das, CP Mohapatra, Bibhu Satpathy were also present on the occassion.
